Exhibitors and attendees are offered a discount on Buffalo Airways twice weekly scheduled Cambridge Bay cargo service for trade show related freight originating in Calgary, Edmonton, and Yellowknife. Discounts will be applied for southbound cargo aMer the show as well.

For cargo to be received in Cambridge Bay by Wednesday Feb 7th, please arrange your shipment to be in either Edmonton or Yellowknife by Monday Feb 5th.

If shipping material from outside NT/AB, please call Buffalo Air Express and ask for Audra, manager of interline partnerships. Buffalo Airways has discounted rates with UPS/FedEx and offer an all-in-one rate from anywhere in Canada to Cambridge Bay.

Cargo Drop off Locations

All cargo must have contact name/company labelled clearly on the packages.

Cargo must be directly related to the 2024 Kitikmeot Trade Show
(Booths/promotional material/catering etc)
